## **The role**

Within the Operations department and reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, you will ensure the maintenance, upkeep, and repair of a fleet of equipment and machinery directly at our clients' sites. Equipped with a workshop van, you are the primary contact for clients in the field.

### Your main missions

- Diagnostics and repair: Troubleshooting mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, and electrical/electronic failures.
- Maintenance & Repair: Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance operations on machinery.
- Technical & administrative management: Preparing quotes, tracking and ordering spare parts, and writing intervention reports.
- Customer relations: Advising, building loyalty, and representing the company's image to our clients.
- Safety: Rigorous application of best practices, safety standards, and current regulations.

## **The profile we're looking for**

It might be you!

- Strong Bac to Bac +2 with a specialization in Mechanics, Thermal Engineering, Hydraulics, or Electricity/Electronics.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum on similar equipment (handling equipment, public works, agricultural machinery, or heavy goods vehicles).
- Driving authorization / CACES 6 is a plus.

You are recognized for your autonomy, rigor, and perseverance.

Your ability to adapt and sense of customer service. Versatility and responsiveness to find adapted solutions.

### Conditions and Benefits

- 41 hours per week (with RTT).
- Gross remuneration: Between €2,200 and €2,900 gross / month depending on profile and remuneration structure.
- Bonuses: Variable bonus (monthly or annual) of up to €1,200 per year depending on performance.
- Expenses: Meal allowance of €15.10 net per day worked.
- Other benefits: Profit sharing (historically equivalent to 1 to 1.5 months of salary).
- Works Council & Mutual insurance coverage. Equipped intervention vehicle (workshop van).
- CDI position in Roanne
