## **The role**

Our IT-specialized team is looking for its client (an ESN), a Level 1 Proximity Support Technician (M/F) for a 6-month temporary assignment in Bordeaux.

- **Location:** Bordeaux
- **Start date:** As soon as possible
- **Duration:** Until 02/28/2027 (possibility of renewal)
- **Remuneration:** 26k€
- **Driving license:** Essential, as there will be frequent travel throughout the region

### Missions

Within the support team, you will provide proximity and remote assistance to users regarding all issues related to the workstation and the IT environment. You will contribute to the proper functioning of the information system by ensuring responsive and quality support.

### Responsibilities

- Provide user support for workstations, office tools, and the Windows environment.
- Handle hardware, software, network incidents, and access issues (password, VPN, accounts).
- Create and administer Active Directory accounts and email accounts.
- Manage access rights and user groups.
- Prepare and deploy workstations.
- Ensure the monitoring of IT equipment via the EPICENTRE tool.
- Intervene occasionally on photocopiers and coordinate requests with service providers.
- Carry out regular travel to various sites in the region, exceptional site monitoring.

### Technical environment

- Windows 10 & Windows 11
- Active Directory
- VPN
- PXE / Workstation deployment
- IT asset management (EPICENTRE)

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Profile and skills

- IT training or significant experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 environment.
- Mastery of Active Directory fundamentals and user rights management.
- Good level of diagnostic and resolution of hardware and software incidents.
- Sense of customer service and excellent communication.
