## **The role**
### THE POSITION:
Actual Talent Metz is looking for a Level 2 Proximity Technician (M/F) based in Strasbourg (67) for its client. This position is part of a long-term assignment within a particularly demanding technical environment.
### Contract information:
- Location: Strasbourg (67)
- Contract: Temporary assignment (long-term)
- Salary: 26k to 28k gross annual depending on profile and experience
- Start date: As soon as possible / Immediate
### As part of this position, here are the missions that will be entrusted to you:
- Process the backlog, incidents, and level 2 requests (via the SysAid tool).
- Establish hardware/software diagnostics, propose sustainable solutions, and apply established rules and procedures.
- Master, configure, and deploy workstations.
- Update the IT inventory and handle security alerts on workstations.
- Escalate complex incidents, problems, and arbitrations to management.
- Write and keep up to date technical documentation, intervention reports, and user support materials.
- Ensure regular reporting and adapt written and oral communication in complex or crisis situations.
## **The profile we're looking for**
### Profile sought:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in Level 2 proximity support.
- You master the Windows 10 environment, Office 365, Teams, and Active Directory.
- You have knowledge of logical networks, as well as ideally Qualis and a ticketing tool (knowledge of SysAid is a plus).
- You demonstrate excellent communication (oral and written), listening skills, and pedagogy with users.
- You are recognized for your rigor, analytical mind, sense of service, and autonomy.
