Diagnose and resolve hardware, softwar…" "og:title": "Level 2 Proximity Technician English C1 (M/F)" --- # Job offer :** Level 2 Proximity Technician English C1 (M/F)** TempPARIS, 75002Full-time35 heuresInformation and Communication Technologies30 000 €/an ## **Actual Talent** [**08 11 36 94 40**](tel:0811369440) [All the agency's jobs](https://www.actualgroup.com/en/jobs?recruiterCode=AU24) ## **The role** Main mission - Provide L2 proximity IT support to users. - Handle incidents and requests via the ticketing / ITSM tool. - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and office environment-related incidents. - Ensure the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations. - Participate in deployment and workstation renewal operations. - Provide support for smartphones and mobile terminals. - Intervene on issues related to VPN, Citrix, and RSA. - Participate in first-level Active Directory administration: management of accounts, groups, passwords, and access rights. - Follow up on incidents until resolution and document the actions taken. - Accompany and assist users in the use of their IT environment. - Escalate complex incidents to specialized teams when necessary. - Apply security procedures and company IT standards. - Communicate effectively with users, including in an international English-speaking context. Technical prerequisites - Significant experience in proximity IT support. - Very good level of English. - Good mastery of the office environment and collaborative tools. ### Knowledge of - MDM - VPN - Citrix - RSA - Smartphones / mobile terminals - Workstation deployment and configuration Knowledge of Active Directory and ability to perform first-level administration operations. Experience with a ticketing / ITSM tool.
