As part of this **3-month** full-time (**35 hours per week**) renewable assignment, you will play a key role in our user satisfaction. ### Your main missions You will intervene directly at our clients' sites to perform **deployment, installation, operation, and maintenance** operations for IT, telephone, and network equipment. You will ensure the daily management of physical and logical systems, while benefiting from level 2 support. ### Within the Technical Intervention Center The technician performs technical operations on client sites; you produce the services entrusted based on a known operating mode or related to your experience on IT, telephone, and network equipment. You perform deployment, installation, operation, and maintenance operations for equipment; you can benefit from N2 support. You ensure the routine management of the operation of physical and logical equipment of the information system. You guarantee the quality (IQO, IQC) of the services (IMAC, MCO) assigned to you, the goal being to provide our clients with the best user experience (User eXperience). You optimize the production of your services with a constant concern for quality and efficiency. ### Your goal Guarantee the **quality of services** (IMAC, MCO) by respecting technical standards to offer an **exceptional user experience**. You will optimize your interventions with a constant concern for efficiency and rigor. Good interpersonal skills and sense of service. Responsiveness, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities. **Driver's license** (necessary for site interventions). ## **The profile we're looking for** To fill the position of **IT Technician (M/F)**, we are looking for a person with a strong analytical mind and great responsiveness. Ideally, you have a technical education of **Bac+2 level in IT**, coupled with a **successful first experience** in IT park support or maintenance. Mastery of **Windows environments, ticketing tools, and network configurations** is essential to ensure effective incident management. Your sense of customer service, coupled with **excellent oral and written communication**, will allow you to meet user needs with pedagogy. Rigor, respect for IT security procedures, and a real **ability to work in a team** are essential assets for you to fully flourish in this mission. ### Required technical skills Good knowledge of Windows environments (10/11) and office tools (Microsoft Office, etc.). Knowledge of ticket management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, GLPI). Basic network skills (IP configuration, connection diagnostics). Notions of IT security.
