## **The role**
Our team specializing in **technical and industrial maintenance** profiles is supporting its client, a major player in logistics based in **Biars-sur-Cère (46)**, in the recruitment of their future **Maintenance Technician (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI).**
As part of the strengthening of the maintenance team at an automated logistics site, the company is looking for a versatile technician wishing to evolve in a modern and dynamic environment.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be a key player in the reliability and performance of the equipment.
The company invests in continuous training and encourages technical versatility, offering real opportunities for development.
**Start date:** as soon as possible
### Your main missions:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment (approximately 60% preventive / 40% corrective depending on the periods)
- Intervene on robots, conveyors, labelers, wrappers, and automated systems
- Propose technical improvements and participate in improvement maintenance
- Perform fault diagnostics and ensure the monitoring of interventions via the CMMS
- Collaborate closely with logistics operators and management to ensure operational continuity
- Participate in on-call duties (every 2 months approximately, then according to autonomy)
## **The profile we're looking for**
- Bac Pro / BTS degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrotechnics, MI or MAI
- First experience in industrial maintenance appreciated (including work-study), but young graduates accepted
- Good foundations in industrial electricity, with notions of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation (internal training provided)
- Electrical authorizations BR/BC required
- Work at height training appreciated
### Expected skills:
- Reading electrical diagrams and ability to diagnose faults
- Mastery of CMMS and IT tools
- Analytical mind and sense of continuous improvement

- Autonomy, rigor, and responsiveness
- Team spirit and fluid communication with colleagues and management
- Technical curiosity and taste for field work
### Conditions and benefits:
### **Status:** Technician (TAM)
Working time: 37.5 hours per week with 15 RTT/year
- Rhythm: 3-shift (5am-1pm / 1pm-9pm / 9pm-5am), without fixed team
- Day hours (10am-6pm) occasionally according to needs
- Exceptional interventions possible on weekends
- **On-call duties:** approximately every 2 months
- **Environment:** clean and organized warehouse (earplugs mandatory on the pallet workshop side)
- **Evolution:** support towards more autonomy and skills development
Maintenance technician: Coefficient 255 €2,557.90 gross/month, i.e., approximately €33,252.70 gross/year
Evolving remuneration according to experience and progression
