Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and integrated into a team of 5 customer service technicians, you will operate throughout the French territory to ensure **the availability, reliability, and performance of the equipment.** **A true interface between clients, sales teams,** technical teams, and the parent company in Germany, you also contribute to the development of services offered by VOLLMER France. ### Your main missions **Ensure technical support** - Carry out machine commissioning and installations; - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations; - Diagnose breakdowns and provide repairs; - Install hardware and software upgrades as well as retrofit operations; - Guarantee equipment availability and reliability. **Advise and support clients** - Analyze technical needs and issues encountered in the field; - Support users in the proper use and optimization of their equipment; - Analyze machine performance and identify areas for improvement; - Train users and share your technical expertise; - Build a lasting relationship of trust with your contacts. **Contribute to commercial development** - Identify the additional needs of your clients; - Promote maintenance contracts, spare parts, training, and modernization solutions; - Detect opportunities and projects among clients; - Transmit information and opportunities to sales engineers; - Thus participate in the development of VOLLMER France's service offerings. **Each intervention is therefore an opportunity to solve a technical problem, improve the client's industrial performance, and develop the commercial relationship.** ## **The profile we're looking for** De formation type Bac+2 à Bac+3 en Maintenance Industrielle, Mécatronique, Électrotechnique ou Automatisme, vous disposez d'une première expérience en maintenance d'équipements industriels complexes. Vous avez idéalement évolué dans un environnement machines-outils, automatisé ou industriel, avec une forte dimension électrotechnique, mécanique et/ou automatisme. La connaissance du secteur de l'affûtage ou des outils coupants constitue un véritable atout, mais n'est pas indispensable. ### Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, nous recherchons une personne - autonome et organisée dans la gestion de ses interventions ; - rigoureuse et orientée résolution de problèmes ; - à l'aise dans la relation avec des interlocuteurs industriels ; - capable de faire preuve de pédagogie et de conseil ; - curieuse et intéressée par les nouvelles technologies ; - dotée d'un réel sens du service client.
