## **The role**

As part of a newly created position due to strong business growth, you will join a human-sized technical team reporting to the Technical Manager.

As a key support pillar for the sales force and customers at a national level, you will provide all your expertise in the selection and sizing of climate engineering solutions. You will work in synergy with sales representatives and the design office within a stimulating and friendly environment.

### Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows

- Act as a technical pre-sales contact for customers, the sales force, and design offices.
- Analyze and understand the technical needs expressed by customers and the sales team.
- Perform precise equipment sizing and develop appropriate technical proposals.
- Draft and manage commercial offers in support of the sales force.
- Act as the technical reference for a dedicated region or a specific product range.

Start date: As soon as possible

## **The profile we're looking for**

We value diverse backgrounds and are primarily looking for motivated, autonomous individuals with a real sense of customer service to thrive within our teams.

### Experience and Education

- Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/3) ideally
- First successful 5-year experience in a similar pre-sales or technical study position in the HVAC / climate engineering sector

### Technical skills

- Mastery of the physical principles of heating/air conditioning machines and equipment (fan coils, unit heaters, heat pumps, chilled water units).
- Ability to read plans and size thermal and air handling installations.
- Knowledge of the climate engineering ecosystem and market players.

### Behavioral skills

- Excellent listening and customer needs analysis skills.
- Communication skills, assertiveness, and team spirit.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and initiative.

### Proposed conditions

- Remuneration: From €30K to €45K / year gross depending on profile + annual bonus
