## **The role**

We are recruiting a Lead Fullstack Developer (M/F) in Lyon for a software publisher in the nuclear sector **(freelance mission or CDI**)

As a Lead Dev, you will work on one or more high-stakes projects in the nuclear field.

### Your role

- Supervise the project: monitor the proper progress of developments, define the guidelines, technical choices, and methods to be used.
- Support developers, solve problems, and help them improve their skills.
- Be the reference for code, implement best practices, and verify the actions taken by your team.
- Handle the coding of specific parts of the program.
- Ensure code quality using analysis tools and automatic code.
- Guarantee compliance with imposed deadlines.
- Respect the allocated budget.
- Implement tests/acceptance testing.
- Technological watch.

### Profile sought

**Degree/Training:** Higher education in Computer Science (Master's degree minimum), ideally from an engineering school.

### Experience

- **10 years of minimum experience** in software development on Web / Thin client projects in Agile mode
- AWS skills would also be an appreciated plus.

### Skills

- **Mastery of thin client architectures (Java Springboot, Angular)**
- Very good knowledge of automated testing tools, CI/CD pipelines, and code analysis tools;
- Ability to develop several projects simultaneously in similar technical environments;
- Interpersonal and writing skills (an excellent level of French is required);
- **Aptitudes/Qualities:** ability to work independently or in a team / good interpersonal skills, rigor and method, analysis and synthesis skills, sense of responsibility, taste for innovation, curiosity, and ability to propose ideas.

**Mobility:** Lyon mainly.
