## **The role**

At Volkswagen Group España Distribución, we want to accompany you in that first big step with our **Drive Your Talent** program, designed for young people eager to grow, contribute, and develop their potential in an innovative, dynamic environment full of opportunities.

For 12 months, you will live a professional experience in a leading mobility company, participating in impactful projects and learning from the inside how a large organization moves. You will be able to develop in areas such as Finance, IT, Sales & Marketing, Customer Experience, Communication, HR, Operations, Legal, or Planning & Analytics.

We are looking for people with curiosity, initiative, and the desire to contribute and keep learning. If you want to start your career in a dynamic, innovative, and forward-looking environment, this could be your place.

### What makes us special?

The company offers you a **12-month internship** accompanied by higher education at **EADA Business School, 100% subsidized**, where you will obtain a **Master in Management and Digital Business in the Automotive Industry** degree.

### In addition to this, you will also have access to

- **Study aid:** 802 € gross per month.
- **Meal subsidy:** internal canteen (you will pay a maximum of 3 € per menu).
- **Mobility aid:** if you do not reside in the Catalonia region, we will help you with the cost of your relocation (500 € at the start of the internship and 500 € at the end of the full program).
- **Flexibility as a philosophy of life:** with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work.
- **Paid annual leave:** 20 working days in summer and 5 working days at Christmas.
- **Programs:** engagement plans, team building, brand events, employee meetings, among others.

### What are we looking for in you?

- People who have recently completed a degree or master's.
- Availability to carry out a 12-month training experience.
- Interest in developing in an international and innovative environment.
- Proficiency in English (B2); knowledge of German will be highly valued.
- Digital skills: Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Planner, Power BI, among others.
- Proactive attitude, communication skills, and motivation to take on new challenges.
- Attention to detail, passion for the sector, high learning capacity.
