## **The role**

**The future intern will report to the Agency Director, you will propose and deliver high value-added intellectual services** (energy audits, boiler room operation assistance, accessibility diagnostics, project management missions for construction supervision, elevator technical inspections...).

### In this context, your main missions will be as follows

- Monitor and build loyalty with the agency's strategic portfolio consisting of Local Authorities, Property Managers, Hospital Centers, Social Housing Offices,
- Advise, propose, and present our missions to private or public Clients with the support of our technical experts,
- Analyze and respond to calls for tenders,
- Ensure the satisfaction of your clients,
- Oversee the administrative and financial monitoring of ongoing missions.

## **The profile we're looking for**

Coming from a Bac+3, 4, or 5 level education currently in progress at a Business and/or Engineering School, you have significant experience in **marketing service provisions** which has allowed you to increase your skills in public procurement.

**Serious, without taking yourself too seriously**, you want to work in a **friendly environment** that rewards performance, you are curious, like working in a team, demonstrate **excellent commercial interpersonal skills** and a real sense of service.
