## **The role**

Actual Talent is recruiting **a Recruitment Consultant intern (M/F)** to join its Lyon office.

- Start date: September 2026
- Duration: 4 months minimum

### Your missions

### In collaboration with the consultants, you will be involved in the entire recruitment process

- Drafting and posting job advertisements.
- Sourcing and telephone pre-selection of candidates.
- Conducting recruitment interviews and assessing skills.
- Updating our ATS and administrative follow-up of applications.
- Supporting candidates throughout the process.
- Contributing to talent pool management and loyalty.
- Participating in market monitoring and, depending on interest, initial client interactions.
