## **The role**

### Alongside your mentor, you will discover the business development of a B2B consulting activity

- Build and maintain a reliable prospect database: researching decision-makers, verifying contact details, updating follow-ups
- Participate in e-mailing campaigns: segmenting targets, adapting messages by sector, tracking responses
- Conduct prospecting calls to present the offer, qualify needs, and secure appointments for the consultant
- Follow up with contacts who have not responded and maintain an activity dashboard (calls, response rates, appointments obtained)
- Propose improvements for messages based on field feedback

**What you will learn**

- Multichannel B2B prospecting techniques (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Presenting an HR service offer to executives
- Organizing and managing a commercial approach with indicators
- The concrete operation of an independent consulting business

**Profile sought**

- Student in business school, BTS NDRC, BUT TC, bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, marketing, or HR
- Ease on the phone and a taste for contact, including with interlocutors who say no
- Writing quality: your emails make people want to reply
- Rigor in data tracking
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools; previous prospecting experience is a plus, not a requirement

**Conditions**

- Internship of 2 months maximum, under agreement with your institution
- Schedule: Full-time, Remote work
- Individualized mentoring with regular check-ins
