## **The role**

Are you passionate about gastronomy and want to join a dynamic team? Actual is looking for a **Sous-chef in St Brevin les Pins** for its client.

### Your missions

Under the responsibility of the chef, your main mission will be the preparation of hot and cold dishes, as well as the rigorous cutting of vegetables and meats to ensure optimal plate quality.

### Working conditions

This is a **2-month** full-time contract, with a start date scheduled for **December 1st, 2026 to January 15th, 2027 with a possibility of extension)**. You will work from Monday to Sunday with rest days scheduled during the week. The hours are organized in continuous shifts (07:30-14:30) or split shifts (07:30-14:30 / 17:30-19:30).

### Remuneration

The hourly wage is set at **€12.96 gross**.

## **The profile we're looking for**

To fill the position of **Sous-chef (M/F)**, we are looking for a passionate professional with experience in a demanding traditional culinary environment.

The ideal candidate masters **cooking and plating techniques**, demonstrates excellent **organizational skills**, and ensures optimal stock management with rigor.

Endowed with a strong team spirit, you will be able to effectively assist the Chef in strict compliance with **hygiene and food safety standards**, while demonstrating great responsiveness during intense services.
