## **The role**
The Technical Manager supervises the technical team, ensures the proper functioning of technical service production processes, oversees the quality of service provided, and handles complex technical issues.
The position also contributes to continuous improvement, the formalization of procedures, and the upskilling of the team.
- Implement and formalize the team's work processes (6 people).
- Ensure technical operational monitoring.
- Distribute work among technicians and support them on complex issues.
- Control technical quality, validate solutions, and review reports.
- Create and maintain clear and accessible technical procedures.
- Facilitate ad-hoc meetings on processes, technical choices, and installation preparations.
- Ensure technological monitoring and organize internal training. Guarantee a clean, structured, and properly documented work environment. Provide pre-sales technical support.
- Increase the team's skill level and implement internal tools to improve operations.
- Propose new products or services based on customer needs and sector evolution and, conversely, propose the discontinuation of products and services that are no longer profitable or compliant with technical standards.
- Participate in technical production according to service needs: maintenance and workshop assembly, on-site interventions, installation preparation, and fleet supervision.
- Manage the company's internal IT infrastructure, including supervision of backups and strengthening the security level.
- Ensure traceability of all requests (tickets, phone calls, workshop machines) and report any delays.
- Ensure the maintenance of the workshop and technical areas: machines identified, tools stored, no food left at the end of the day.
- Check the content of responses and documents sent to customers, as well as information transmitted to artificial intelligence tools.
- Handle complex or long-term tickets directly, with the goal of training the team afterwards, and facilitate the analysis of past issues.
