## **The role**

As a Technical Manager (M/F), your main mission is: **To lead all technical and after-sales activities**, serving as a strategic interface between customers, manufacturer partners, and internal teams (Design Office and Production) of the company.

### Your key missions

### Management of the Technical & After-Sales department

- Manage and lead the technical team (2 internal technicians + network of subcontractors).
- Manage service activity: intervention scheduling, preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Act as the "expert reference" for diagnosing complex breakdowns (electrical, automation, mechanical).

**Project Management & Installations (Field)**

- Supervise installations and commissioning at customer sites (travel 30-40% of the time).
- Perform technical audits and on-site surveys to define specific needs.
- Carry out technical acceptance tests (FAT) at our partner manufacturers in Europe (Germany/Italy).

**Engineering & Innovation (Workshop/Design Office)**

- Collaborate with the internal Design Office to validate the technical feasibility of projects.
- Supervise "Retrofit" operations and machine adaptations in the workshop.
- Identify opportunities for technical improvement on our own product range.

**Technical Commercial Management**

- Process spare parts requests and establish technical quotes.
- Manage the technical relationship with foreign suppliers (in English).
- Monitor maintenance contracts and ensure the traceability of interventions.

## **The profile we're looking for**

With a **Master's degree in industrial engineering** (Maintenance, Electrotechnics, Mechanics), you have proven experience (5 to 10 years) in the world of special machines or packaging lines.

### You have

- Solid multidisciplinary expertise: Industrial electricity, Mechanics, and Automation.
- An ability to read and analyze complex plans.
- **Fluent technical English** (imperative for exchanges with partner manufacturers).
- Experience in team management or coordination of service providers.
- Your leadership, customer service sense, and ability to move from the office to the field will make the difference.
