## **The role**

In close collaboration with the HR teams (recruitment, training, payroll, personnel administration, and labor relations), you will act as a partner to the operational staff in your scope regarding HR issues and development strategies.

As an operational HR Manager, you will carry out your duties in close collaboration with managers and in proximity to the employees in your scope.

You will also support employees throughout their professional journey.

### Your main missions

- Advise and support managers on various HR issues by relying on the HR department teams
- Gather needs and expectations regarding HR issues and monitor company practices
- Participate in defining and ensuring the application by operational staff of all HR procedures
- Provide close support to employees and managers in implementing the HR policy
- Manage topics within your scope or cross-functional projects and participate in change management
- Support the implementation of the advancement campaign within your scope
- Monitor probationary periods
- Participate in the onboarding of new arrivals
- Develop projects related to workforce planning and skills management and internal mobility by promoting talent detection, skills acquisition, and career development (anticipating needs, inventorying skills, updating job descriptions, monitoring movements, managing departures...)
- Implement career interviews
- Maintain a positive social climate and develop a corporate culture by ensuring active listening to employees and participating in the development of their motivation.
- Ensure compliance of processes within your scope and their implementation
- Participate in the improvement of HR processes
- Monitor indicators

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Hard skills

- With a Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Human Resources or labor law, you have at least 5 years of experience as an operational HR Manager
- This experience has allowed you to develop a solid Business Partner posture and to be comfortable with the cross-functional aspect of your role with the teams

### Soft skills

- You have strong interpersonal skills allowing you to adapt to your interlocutors
- You are attentive to quality, results, and are rigorous
- You are proactive, curious, and know how to question practices and organizations
- You possess relational and situational intelligence allowing you to adopt the right posture between kindness and high standards
