## **The role**

You will join a committed team with close management. The butcher department is a strategic department in the fresh produce world, with regular exchanges with other department managers (fresh, delicatessen, fruit & vegetables, etc.). Management tools (orders, traceability, activity tracking) allow you to manage your department with method and efficiency.

**Your missions:**

\- Manage the butcher department's activity to ensure consistent product quality and a polished customer experience.

\- Organize daily activity (production, shelf stocking, scheduling) to ensure fluidity and efficiency.

\- Manage orders, stocks, and supplies to optimize product availability and limit shrinkage.

\- Guarantee the application of hygiene, food safety, and traceability rules.

\- Lead and support the team on a daily basis, promoting skill development and cohesion.

\- Highlight the offer (presentation, staging, advice) to develop sales and customer satisfaction.

\- Monitor department indicators and propose improvement actions in liaison with management.

## **The profile we're looking for**

You have solid experience in butchery, ideally in large-scale distribution or food retail.

You have already had the opportunity to manage all or part of a department: organization, quality, stocks, orders, and/or team management. Your mastery of hygiene and traceability standards is a real asset.

### The sought profile

You like the field, teamwork, and customer contact.

You are organized, rigorous, and comfortable prioritizing in a dynamic daily life.

You have a sense of commerce, a requirement for "well-done work," and a responsible posture that unites.
