## **The role**

Our client, specializing in the agri-food sector, is looking for their future **QHSE (Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Environment) Manager (M/F).**

As a key player in performance and continuous improvement, you will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and development of the company's QHSE policy.

### Your main missions

- Manage and develop the quality management system.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and current standards (HACCP, IFS, BRC, ISO).
- Supervise control plans, internal and external audits.
- Monitor non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
- Ensure product traceability and food safety.
- Deploy and monitor the occupational risk prevention policy.
- Raise awareness and train teams on good hygiene and safety practices.
- Participate in risk assessment and updating the DUERP.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and instructions.
- Support operational teams on a daily basis.
- Develop a true QHSE culture among all employees.
- Define and monitor QHSE performance indicators.
- Be a source of proposals for management.

- Remuneration according to profile: 30,000 to 43,000 € gross/year

## **The profile we're looking for**

- You have a higher education degree in QHSE, quality, or agri-food (Bachelor's to Master's degree).
- You ideally have successful experience in a similar position, preferably in the agri-food sector.
- You master HACCP standards and food safety requirements.
- You have good knowledge of IFS, BRC, and/or ISO standards.
- You are rigorous, organized, autonomous, and have good interpersonal skills.
- You know how to unite teams and enforce procedures with pedagogy and pragmatism.
