## **The role**

As a member of the Management Committee, at the heart of human and budgetary issues, you will ensure the administrative management of the workforce, process payroll, and monitor the store's results and expenses.

With experience and dual competence in Human Resources-Payroll & Accounting-Management Control, you will support the Store Manager and managers in managing the Operating Account and in aligning resources with needs.

As the guarantor of administrative processes, you will ensure the reliability of accounts and compliance with external/internal legal rules and obligations.

As the guarantor of payroll and personnel administrative management, you will work in close proximity with the finance and human resources teams at headquarters. Close to the teams, you will support and advise employees on administrative matters.

## **The profile we're looking for**

With a degree from Bac+2 to Bac+5, you already have initial experience in a role combining the dual competence of HR and Management.

Proven experience and good knowledge of payroll are required, and knowledge of accounting processes is desired.

Your commercial sense, your taste for challenge, your rigor, and simple and direct relationships with your teams will be your best assets to succeed and evolve within our brand.
