Start date : As soon as po…" "og:title": "Operational Manager (M/F)" --- # Job offer :** Operational Manager (M/F)** Fixed-term contractLYON, 69001Full-time35 heuresPrivate and Public Sector Management2 400 €/mois ## **Actual Talent** [**08 11 36 94 40**](tel:0811369440) [All the agency's jobs](https://www.actualgroup.com/en/jobs?recruiterCode=A608) ## **The role** Our IT-specialized team is recruiting for its client an Operational Manager (M/F) for a 12-month service contract in Lyon (69). **Start date**: As soon as possible ### Your main missions will be as follows: - **Multi-site Organization & Coordination**: Orchestrate the planning of interventions and organize logistical and human resources at the Lyon, Corenc, and Clermont-Ferrand sites. - **Support & Team Guidance**: Lead the group on a daily basis (without hierarchical management), provide methodological support to technicians, promote skill development, and serve as a reference for resolving complex issues. - **Process Optimization**: Evaluate the effectiveness of existing procedures, identify areas for improvement, and propose continuous improvement measures to optimize service quality. - **Activity Steering & Monitoring**: Track key performance indicators (reporting), synthesize results, and ensure good communication during critical events or technical changes. - **Deployment Monitoring**: Facilitate the implementation of new software solutions and new hardware equipment across the entire scope. ## **The profile we're looking for** ### Profile sought: ### Experience and Training - Background: At least 3 years of experience in operational coordination, team leadership, or advanced support functions. - Context: Previous experience in a demanding corporate environment (banking, insurance, institutional) is mandatory. ### Technical skills - Solid knowledge of workstation environments (Windows, Microsoft 365 suite, Active Directory). - Proficient practice of ticketing / request management tools. - Ability to manage dashboards and design activity reports. ### Soft Skills - Excellent interpersonal skills, pedagogy, and ability to support (leadership without hierarchical link). - Strong sense of customer service and quality requirements. - Agility, versatility, and priority management in the face of travel and multi-site distribution. - Analytical mind, responsiveness, and ability to propose improvements in process revision. ### **Time slot**: 8 am to 6 pm **Travel**: Yes, regular travel to be expected to the Clermont-Ferrand, Lyon, and Corenc sites. ### **Remuneration**: 2400€ per month ### **Benefits**: meal vouchers Do you recognize yourself in the spirit of the position?
