Your job? Manage dry goods, DPH, promotions, etc. independently.

**Hierarchical reporting:** members.

**Main missions:** A clever mix of professional expertise, team management, and commercial excellence.

- **Turnover management**: Analysis of performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring of margin objectives.
- **Management**: Supervision and leadership of a team of self-service employees.
- **Stock management**: Placing orders and fighting against shortages and shrinkage.
- **Merchandising**: Showcasing products and optimizing layouts (mass plans).
- **Commercial dynamics**: Organization and theatricalization of promotional operations.
- **Quality**: Guarantor of compliance with hygiene, safety, and price labeling rules.

**Start date:** ASAP

## **The profile we're looking for**

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience desired in a similar role.
