## **The role**

You will join the Industrialization teams and be responsible for managing industrialization projects in order to define manufacturing processes adapted to the products, the industrial resources available or to be invested in, and to compile manufacturing files while respecting budget, deadline, quality, and cost objectives.

As a key technical contact for manufacturing, you will coordinate business teams and will work in close collaboration with machining, welding, and tooling methods as well as with the various related departments.

Your field experience will allow you to concretely understand manufacturing methods and handle technical subjects autonomously.

### To carry out your mission, you will notably have to

- Coordinate and lead business teams in line with project manufacturing processes;
- Participate in the preparation of offer costings;
- Manage the industrialization phase by planning project activities in line with budgets and contractual deadlines;
- Define manufacturing processes based on a functional specification;
- Validate the processes to be implemented and manage the creation of associated manufacturing files: ranges, tooling, handling procedures, machining programs;
- Manage the design of production tooling;
- Define, in collaboration with the trades, the qualification programs for special processes related to products;
- Collaborate on decisions regarding industrial investments;
- Write technical specifications for future industrial resources and manage the activities necessary for their implementation;
- Ensure monitoring and technical support during production launches, both in internal workshops and at subcontractors;
- Participate in productivity improvement actions and analyze cost prices;
- Guarantee the achievement of objectives in terms of range times, deadlines, quality, and costs;
- Report on your projects to your Management;
- Be the technical contact for manufacturing with related departments in order to contribute to the design of manufacturable products;
- Lead and facilitate the Manufacturing Reviews of your projects.

## **The profile we're looking for**

With an engineering background, you have at least 5 years of experience in Methods / Industrialization, with a specialization in mechanical engineering.

You have developed solid experience in tooling design and manufacturing methods, particularly in the fields of boilermaking, welding, and machining.

We are looking above all for an operational profile close to the field, with real experience in manufacturing methods and a good understanding of the realities of an industrial workshop.

You know how to understand the manufacturing modes of parts, analyze technical issues, and propose solutions autonomously, without systematically needing to solicit experts from each trade.

### You notably master

- Manufacturing methods and industrialization processes;
- Production tooling design;
- Manufacturing environments related to boilermaking, welding, and machining;
- PLM, Windchill, and Creo CAD software tools.

Your ability to project the impacts of your choices over time, to integrate numerous and diversified information, and to coordinate different trades will be essential to succeed in this position.

Your field experience, your autonomy on technical subjects, your ability to work transversally, and your concrete knowledge of manufacturing processes will be major assets.

### What we offer you

- Permanent contract (CDI);
- Executive status with a 216-day package (approximately 2 weeks of RTT/year);
- Remuneration between 52 and 66K€ gross annual over 13 months;
- Telework possible 2 days/week;
- Restaurant ticket at 11.5 € (4.6 € employee share / 6.9 € employer share);
- Health insurance: children covered for free, employee contribution of 7 €.
