Proven mastery of direct prospecting and land control is essential. - Technical skills: Solid knowledge of the regional real estate market, mastery of urban planning rules and operation budgets. **Soft skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial temperament, autonomy, tenacity, and sensitivity to urban and architectural quality. **Important**: (regular travel) and mastery of MS Office and Promolead software.
