## **The role**

### Your missions

- **Drive and achieve revenue targets** by developing new accounts through active prospecting and structured consultative selling.
- **Define and implement the commercial conquest plan** on a strategic geographical perimeter with a multi-sector clientele.
- **Co-construct innovative solutions** with your clients by leveraging your Data and Digital expertise to meet their needs precisely.
- **Ensure internal synergy** by collaborating with sales forces and account management teams to diversify the service portfolio.
- **Guarantee the feasibility and follow-up** of contracts in liaison with production departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Your profile

You enjoy understanding, convincing, concretizing, and leaving a client portfolio more solid and engaged than when you arrived.

**Essentials**

- Higher education in business with a "hunter" spirit and a strong taste for challenges.
- Proven experience in direct sales of services (Marketing, Communication, Data, or Digital) or as an Account Manager.
- Mastery of negotiation techniques and ability to work in project mode.

**Assets**

- Previous experience in a communication or advertising agency.
- Knowledge of GSA/GSS clientele.
- Excellent writing skills and commercial assertiveness.

- **Remuneration:** Up to over 50k€ in package (40k€ fixed salary + 10k€ variable with uncapped potential).
