**YOUR MISSION:** you are the guarantor of the overall performance and brand image of your sector.

Team Leader: You lead and unite your employees to ensure an exemplary social climate and excellent customer service.

**Ambassador of Customer Satisfaction:** You place the customer experience at the heart of your strategy by driving the customer relationship approach and ensuring impeccable service.

**Rigorous Manager:** You master your indicators to reach (and exceed) your objectives.

**Guarantor of Compliance:** You ensure strict compliance with regulations (labor, hygiene, safety) and group policy.

### YOUR PROFILE

- Minimum one year of experience in the same position.
- Ability to decide, delegate, and act in the field.
- Mastery of management levers and labor legislation.
