## **The role**

### Job Description

The **Fruit & Vegetable Department Manager** is responsible for leading and managing the commercial activity of the department while ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. **He/She ensures the economic profitability of his/her perimeter, manages his/her operating account, and supervises his/her team on a daily basis**. As a true **entrepreneur in the field**, he/she develops trusting partnerships with local suppliers and producers while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety rules. You will **report hierarchically to the Store Manager**.

### Your main missions will be

- **Define and bring to life the commercial project** of the department by selecting **quality products**
- **Maintain relationships** of trust with local suppliers and partners
- **Recruit, onboard, train, and support** your employees on a daily basis
- **Manage your operating account** and optimize the profitability of your department
- **Ensure the perfect appearance of the department** (freshness, staging, stock management, and waste management)

## **The profile we're looking for**

**CDI** Full-time

- Status: **Executive (Cadre)**
- Salary: **Between €37k and €40k** gross annual
- Start date: **As soon as possible**
- Location: Bordeaux and its metropolitan area (CUB) - **Geographical mobility** (mandatory) required in the CUB sector
