Under the responsibility of the Director of CDI Solutions (or any person who could replace the latter), the CDI Mission Manager intervenes mainly in the management of recruitment, the talent pool and relations with employment partners of the LEADER TEMPS PARTAGÉ structure regarding the population of employees made available. The employee's missions are in particular the following: **Main activities** ### 1. Knowledge of the environment Legal monitoring of the profession (specialized activity of CDI-E), Monitoring & information on HR news ### 2. Personnel management - Supports and assists the HR Assistant on missions related to candidates and employees, - Management of recruitment and training projects ### 3. Recruitment - Drafting of advertisements, CV screening, processing of applications, - Management of the candidate database, - Analysis of recruitment, pre-qualification interviews, - Proposal of selected profiles to clients, - Active participation in recruitment campaigns ### 4. Training - Implementation and monitoring of training requests, - Support for employees regarding training needs and the use of CPF, - Making training requests to the headquarters while respecting processes, - Management of the relationship with training organizations ### 5. Monitoring of employees and clients - Support and monitoring of cmoncdi employees, - Support and monitoring of clients in situ monthly ### Challenges of the position Important CHALLENGES of developing a dynamic region for the CDIE. Large accounts present, diversity of business sectors, strategic group positioning ### Possible constraints Daily travel in the Grand Est region of France. ## **The profile we're looking for** ### Experience & Training required Experience in the HR and recruitment sector is essential. Successful experience in commercial development or strong appetite for commerce ### Soft skills - Rigor - Autonomy Sense of organization and priorities.
