## **The role**

### Your main missions will be

- **Drive performance**: define indicators, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
- **Support the sales force** in monitoring their activity, defining objectives, and analyzing profitability.
- **Build and optimize reporting tools** and dashboards, particularly via Power BI.
- **Conduct economic and financial studies** and formulate recommendations for Management.

## **The profile we're looking for**

We are looking above all for a person capable of transforming data into useful analyses and concrete recommendations.

### You are comfortable with

- Defining and monitoring performance indicators.
- Designing and improving dashboards.
- Data analysis and conducting economic and financial studies.
- Managing projects and cross-functional tasks.

You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with Power BI or an equivalent tool.

Reporting to the Business Unit General Management and a member of the Executive Committee, you will play a key role at the interface between sales teams, the Finance Department, the Supply Chain, Customer Service, and General Management.
