The Group has a centralized engineering structure that supports its different plants in technical and efficiency areas, working transversally with factory teams. ### About the position We are looking to incorporate a Water Management and Efficiency Manager (M/F) to be part of its centralized engineering team. The selected person will assume a key role in the optimization and reduction of water consumption in the Group's different plants, becoming the technical reference in water cycle management. This is a transversal position, with high autonomy and visibility, which combines technical knowledge, project management, and interaction with factory teams, suppliers, and Management. ### Position mission The main mission will be to optimize and reduce water consumption in the different production centers, identifying improvement opportunities and leading projects that allow for more efficient resource management. The position will also have responsibility for the monitoring and analysis of liquid and solid effluents derived from manufacturing processes, including their characterization and sludge generation. They will work jointly with the managers of the different factories in defining annual objectives and will participate in the identification, definition, analysis, and implementation of projects aimed at reducing water consumption, reducing sludge, and improving discharge parameters. Likewise, they will have a relevant role in preparing documentation for the Water Committees with the Presidency and General Management, as well as in maintaining and developing the Group's know-how in water cycle efficiency and management. ### Main responsibilities - Monitor and analyze water consumption in the different production centers. - Analyze liquid and solid effluents and their characterization. - Work with factory managers to define annual reduction objectives. - Identify improvement opportunities and new projects related to efficient water management. - Lead or participate in projects for water consumption reduction, sludge generation, and discharge parameter improvement. - Participate in the definition, analysis, and implementation of technical solutions. - Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and external collaborators. - Monitor projects and the results obtained. - Prepare documentation and information for Water Committees and Management. - Keep knowledge updated on new technologies and solutions applied to water efficiency. **What are we looking for?** We are looking for a person with an **Engineering Degree** and between **5 and 7 years of professional experience**, with a solid technical foundation in water cycle management, preferably developed in an industrial environment. It will be necessary to provide experience in the **identification, definition, analysis, and implementation of projects**, as well as the ability to coordinate people and different stakeholders. We are looking for an **autonomous, proactive, analytical, and resolute** profile, with excellent management, organization, communication, and negotiation skills.
