At the heart of a human-sized agency (about 6 people), you manage the technical team (mechanics, fleet managers) and orchestrate the workshop activity to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. ### Your main missions Coordination & Team Management: Plan the activity of the workshop/fleet team, set intervention priorities, and ensure the quality and efficiency of the work. Carry out a weekly fleet tour with the Fleet Manager. Train, support your employees (and possibly apprentices), or propose adapted training. ### Maintenance & Technical monitoring Ensure maintenance (preventive maintenance, repairs, breakdown diagnostics) and perform repairs on-site if necessary. Ensure the completion of regulatory inspections (VGP) and resolve any observations without delay. Check the services and repairs performed by subcontractors. ### Administrative & Economic management of the workshop Establish quotes, place parts orders, optimize purchases, and control the annual maintenance budget. Manage stocks of parts and consumables, check the compliance of receipts, and evaluate local suppliers. Keep tracking documents up to date (equipment files, intervention reports, checklists) and report to management. ### QSE Commitment & Transversal missions Apply and enforce safety rules (PPE, risk prevention), as well as environmental and ISO procedures (waste/oil management). Master all the group's digital tools (ERP, equipment management tools, messaging, HR tools). Participate occasionally in transversal missions (inter-agency quality audits, commercial events, project commissions). ## **The profile we're looking for** ### Technical skills & Certifications - Technical expertise: Solid skills in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and pneumatics on construction equipment or machinery. - Management capacity: Mastery of workshop management, quote preparation, and technical budget monitoring. Digital ease: Good command of IT tools and fleet/order management ERPs. - Licenses & Authorizations: B license mandatory (driving workshop vehicle). Electrical authorizations and CACES (machinery driving) are highly desired. ### Human qualities & Soft skills - Leadership & Team spirit: Ability to lead, organize, and unite a technical team on a daily basis. - Safety culture & Rigor: Uncompromising on compliance with safety rules and conformity standards (ISO/VGP). - Service orientation & Proactivity: Focused on customer satisfaction and responsiveness to get equipment back into circulation as quickly as possible. ## **The company** **Actual Talent** Actual Talent is the European specialist in Talent Acquisition and Assessment for Actual group, the 6th largest employment and labor player in France.
