## **The role**

We are looking for a Branch Manager (M/F) for our ACTUAL agency in Troyes. Under the responsibility of the Sector Director, you will manage your agency specialized in industry with complete autonomy, making strategic decisions to achieve your development objectives.

### Your main missions

Driving company strategy

- Represent and deploy the ACTUAL offer and brand.
- Develop and implement a project defined with your Sector Director.
- Analyze the job market in your territory and propose adapted solutions.

### Profit center management

- Drive and develop the activity while ensuring the profitability of the agency, respecting the procedures and strategic commitments of the management.
- Ensure regular monitoring of the agency's financial performance.

### Commercial development and network

- Design, participate in and monitor all commercial and recruitment actions of the agency.
- Identify and develop prospects, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through the quality of services provided.
- Establish a solid relational network and get involved in the economic life of your territory.

### Management

- Manage your team, instilling a dynamic of performance and collaboration.
- Lead and support your employees, while contributing to the development of their skills.

## **The profile we're looking for**

You have at least 5 years of experience in a commercial and managerial function, ideally acquired in a similar position. You have a good knowledge of the local economic fabric.

Your strong commercial sense, your autonomy, your organization, as well as your adaptability allow you to easily understand the needs of your customers. Recognized for your interpersonal skills and your sense of responsibility, you demonstrate dynamism, availability and a real sense of service.
