## **The role**

As the true conductor of the branch, you are responsible for its overall performance and customer satisfaction. With an entrepreneurial vision and a strong sense of leadership, you will know how to lead your team around a common goal: to make the branch shine in its territory.

### Your missions

### **👫** Manage your team

Supervise 8 employees, manage HR aspects (recruitment, onboarding, schedules) and unite the team around the Group's projects in compliance with internal and social rules.

### **📈** Develop commercial activity

Define and deploy the commercial strategy to boost sales, build customer loyalty, and ensure the attractiveness of the point of sale.

### **📊** Ensure the profitability of the profit center

Manage the budget, monitor performance indicators, optimize costs, and supervise all administrative, accounting, and logistical operations.

### Ensure the safety of everyone

Guarantee a safe working environment that complies with current standards.

## **The profile we're looking for**

This position is aimed at committed profiles, ready to unite a team and take on commercial challenges in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

### Experience and Education

- At least a 2-year degree (Bac+2) in commerce, sales, or management is desired.
- Successful experience of at least 5 years in a similar position of management and profit center administration, ideally in the materials trade.

### Technical skills

- Proven knowledge in commerce and branch management.
- Technical expertise or mastery of the carpentry, roofing, or BTP trade sector.
- Mastery of performance indicator management, budget management, and stock monitoring.

### Behavioral skills

- Strong leadership and ability to animate, unite, and help a team progress.
- Communication skills, interpersonal ease, and excellent customer orientation.
- Proactivity, ability to anticipate, and sense of priorities in the face of strategic challenges.
