## **The role**

Reporting to the Director, the Business Manager (M/F) is responsible for the client relationship and the profitability of their projects. Your main missions:

- **Business development and strategy:**
  - Manage a portfolio of **private industrial clients.**
  - Ensure targeted prospecting.
  - Conduct **commercial negotiations.**###
- **Technical expertise and solutions:**
  - Carry out site surveys and **complete costing** of technical solutions.
  - Propose service solutions for **energy distribution** and **industrial automation**.
  - Support clients in managing their energy and optimizing their production machines.
  - Rely on internal teams for complex systems. \###
- **Project management and leadership:**
  - **Steering** and monitoring of projects.
  - Manage two types of activities: recurring activity and project mode.
  - Supervise subcontracting and/or internal teams.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Your profile

You have at least **3 years of experience** in an industrial environment, with skills in **electricity (HV and/or LV)**. Knowledge of automation or instrumentation is an asset.

Recognized for your **field leadership** and **rigor**, you manage your operations with complete **autonomy**. Your **customer focus** and your ability to work in a network will be the keys to your success in this comprehensive position.

You will benefit from real autonomy and **field support** (handover) to calmly understand your new client sites.

### Conditions

- Gross fixed remuneration between 40K€ and 50K€ + profit-sharing and participation bonuses
- Executive status with RTT (days off)
- Company vehicle with fuel card, professional laptop and mobile phone.
