## **The role**

Reporting to the General Management, you take responsibility for the development, organization, and complete management of the activity.

As a true conductor, you intervene on technical, commercial, managerial, and financial dimensions.

**Your goal: to grow the business, develop the client portfolio, and build a high-performing organization capable of sustainably supporting its growth.**

### Your main missions

**Develop the business**

- Develop the client portfolio and maintenance contracts.
- Carry out technical and commercial visits.
- Prepare offers, quotes, and responses to tenders.
- Ensure commercial follow-up until the order.

**Manage operations**

- Organize and supervise maintenance, troubleshooting, and work interventions.
- Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with deadlines, and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize the planning of internal and subcontracted resources.

**Manage the team**

- Participate in the recruitment and integration of technicians.
- Lead, support, and develop the skills of the teams.
- Develop a network of qualified partners and subcontractors.

**Drive performance**

- Monitor turnover, profitability, and performance indicators.
- Implement necessary actions for the continuous improvement of the activity.
- Participate in defining the development strategy for the UPS activity.

**Ensure compliance**

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety requirements.
- Guarantee the proper application of procedures and the compliance of interventions.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### You have significant experience in one of the following fields

- UPS and secure power supply.
- Industrial electrical maintenance.
- High current and critical electrical infrastructure.
- Technical services associated with sensitive environments.

You have already managed an activity, a department, or a technical agency and now wish to join a project offering more autonomy and responsibilities.
