## **The role**
**Your missions**
Economic performance management
- Analyze the technical and financial results of the partnership.
- Produce performance indicators and management dashboards.
- Identify levers for growth, profitability, and portfolio optimization.
- Monitor budgetary trajectories, forecasts, and medium-term plans.
Support for strategic bodies
- Prepare materials for steering committees and Generali-Klésia governance bodies.
- Develop the analyses necessary for management decision-making.
- Present results and key issues to business and financial departments.
Business analysis and valuation
- Conduct ad hoc studies on portfolio developments, new offers, and strategic projects.
- Participate in assessing the financial impacts of commercial, technical, or regulatory decisions.
- Contribute to work on improving value creation and business profitability.
Cross-functional coordination
- Work in close collaboration with the Actuarial, Provisioning, Underwriting, Insurance Technical, and Partnerships teams.
- Ensure the consistency of financial analyses between different contributors.
- Be a recognized contact person for internal and external partners.
## **The profile we're looking for**
**Profile sought**
- Higher education in Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Business School.
- Significant experience of at least 5 years, excluding internships/work-study, in management control, actuarial science, or financial steering in the insurance sector.
- Good understanding of Protection and Health products.
- Mastery of financial and insurance concepts (turnover, technical margin, result, provisioning, IFRS 17, business plan, etc.).
- English appreciated

**Our department**
Within the Finance Department, you will be the management control point of contact for one of Generali France's major strategic partnerships: the alliance with Klésia. As a true business partner, you will support the economic and financial steering of the partnership by ensuring performance monitoring, results analysis, and the preparation of governance bodies.
At the interface between the Finance, Technical, Actuarial, Markets, and Partnerships departments, you will contribute directly to the strategic decisions that enable the sustainable development of the Protection and Health business.
