## **The role**

Within the branch dedicated to the environment and reporting to the Group Accounting Manager, you will manage the accounting and tax operations of a high-value-added perimeter.

As part of a replacement, you will manage 6 employees while maintaining a very operational and technical dimension. You will evolve in a dynamic environment, supported by high-performance tools (Excel, Cognos, Copilote, AI).

### Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows

- Manage the accounting team of 6 people with kindness to develop their skills and secure the activity.
- Drive and secure monthly and annual accounting closings to ensure absolute reliability of the accounts.
- Ensure compliance with internal control and propose areas for continuous improvement.
- Supervise accounting and tax management (justification of balance sheet accounts, current taxation, CIR, tax studies).
- Participate in consolidation work and supervise the management of intercompany flows.
- Represent the accounting department on cross-functional and digital transformation projects of the group.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Experience and Education

- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum in accounting (e.g., DCG, Licence CCA or equivalent).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position, acquired within a large group.

### Technical Skills

- Advanced mastery of general accounting, analytical accounting, and corporate taxation.
- Solid expertise in closings, periodic statements, and consolidation work.
- Strong technological ease (ERP, Excel, Cognos reporting tools, and appetite for AI).

### Behavioral Skills

- Rigor, method, and developed analytical skills.
- Managerial posture based on kindness, pedagogy, and collaborative leadership.
- Proactivity, assertiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills.

### Proposed Conditions

- Remuneration: €50,000 to €53,000 fixed over 13 months + €2,000 variable based on objectives.
- Telework: 1 day per week.
- Benefits: 10 days of RTT, health insurance and provident fund, transport allowance, restaurant vouchers, quarterly and annual profit-sharing, access to on-site health services, housing partnership, CSE benefits.
