## **The role**

Start as a production operator for about 6 months to become familiar with the machines and manufacturing processes, before evolving into a machine setter position. Missions: setting, starting, monitoring, and adjusting production machines, quality control, and troubleshooting.

### Working conditions

- Industrial environment.
- Work in FIXED shift hours.
- Standing work and production pace.
- Wearing of safety equipment.
- Internal training and evolution towards the machine setter position.

## **The profile we're looking for**

Motivated, serious, and rigorous candidate with a good team spirit. A **previous experience in industry is appreciated**. Must be manual, methodical, reactive, and have an interest in mechanics and machine operation. Must be capable of learning and evolving into a machine setter position after about 6 months in production.
