## **The role**

Actual Talent Executive & Transition is supporting an international industrial group of North American origin, a market leader with factories and commercial locations worldwide. The group is transforming its IT organization and creating a unique IT manager position for the EMEA region. This highly visible management role is part of a context of significant transformation: consolidation of industrial sites, harmonization of the information system, and rationalization of applications.

### Your missions

Reporting to the Group CIO and acting as a partner to the European General Management, you are responsible for IT across 5 EMEA sites (factories and offices).

- **Management:** You manage a team of approximately 6 people spread across several countries (support, applications, data). You set priorities and drive performance.
- **Business partnership:** You are the IT point of contact for European General Management, Finance, Operations, and plant managers. You translate their needs into a roadmap.
- **Transformation:** You coordinate the deployment of IT infrastructure for a new industrial site and an ERP migration, working with Group IT teams and suppliers.
- **Applications:** You evaluate the existing application portfolio and build an optimization roadmap with the Group.
- **Operations and continuity:** You ensure service levels and production continuity, and you implement the Group's security policies locally.
- **Budget:** You manage an IT budget of approximately 2 M USD (operating and capital expenditure) as well as local service providers.

**Your profile**

- At least 10 years of experience in IT, including 5 years of managing multi-site teams.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, supporting factories and production systems.
- Experience with ERP environments (SAP, Dynamics 365...) and at least one migration or deployment project.
- Comfortable working in international and matrix organizations.
- You are credible with both executives and production teams. You are structured, pragmatic, and service-oriented.
- Fluent French and English are essential. **English** is the working language with the Group.
