## **The role**

Join the **Actual** team as a **Receptionist (m/f)** in **Arras**. We are looking for a motivated person to ensure the welcome and comfort of our guests within a dynamic establishment.

Your main tasks will include **preparing breakfasts** every morning as well as managing guest reception during fixed hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM and from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

For this position, proficiency in **English** is highly desired to ensure quality service for an international clientele.

Temporary assignment with the possibility of a permanent contract (CDI).

## **The profile we're looking for**

To fill the position of **Receptionist (m/f)**, you demonstrate an excellent **sense of hospitality** and a neat appearance. Your ability to communicate with ease in French and, ideally, in English, is a major asset for ensuring **smooth management of arrivals and departures**.

We are looking for a candidate with **great administrative rigor** and perfect mastery of computer tools. You ideally have initial experience in the hotel or secretarial sector and hold a **high school diploma or equivalent**.

Your **availability and responsiveness** to unforeseen events will allow you to offer an impeccable guest experience. Oriented towards visitor satisfaction, you know how to combine **courtesy, diplomacy, and efficiency** in any situation.
