## **The role**

You will work at a hotel reception: You will ensure the welcome and answer customer inquiries. You are in charge of performing administrative tasks (reservations, scheduling, mail processing), accounting (invoicing and collection), and processing customer files. You must coordinate and supervise staff activities but also promote the establishment **The Opera Cloud software is mandatory.** A one-day training session will be offered before starting the position. The days will be spread out between the months of May and June.
