### About the company

Actual Talent executive is recruiting for the strong development of its client LightOn: a Product Manager “Enterprise Readiness”.

LightOn develops **Paradigm**, a secure generative AI that transforms corporate document assets into an intelligent response engine while guaranteeing **absolute confidentiality** and control over strategic know-how.

### Job description

You will orchestrate the Squad dedicated to **Enterprise Readiness** and **User Identity**. Your goal is to make the platform adoptable by all large organizations.

- Translate complex technical constraints from clients (internal/external) into clear value propositions for sales and deployments. Make trade-offs between new features and technical debt.
- **Integration expert** (API, data flows), you connect solutions to third-party tools (DMS, ERP) and quickly master security protocols (SSO, AD). You ensure smooth system synchronization while guaranteeing strict management of access rights and permissions.
- **Responsibility for Enterprise Readiness:** You will ensure that the platform meets the strict security and compliance standards of large companies (SSO, SharePoint synchronization, ACL, Active Directory).

**Background and experience**

- **3 to 5 years of experience** in Product Management, specifically in **B2B** or enterprise software.
- **Agile / Startup mindset:** You are comfortable in environments where the market is not yet mature. You know how to juggle shifting priorities to seize opportunities.
- **Integration expertise:** Solid track record in connecting platforms with external tools.

- **Client and solution centric:** autonomous, you solve client problems and manage priorities.
