They establish, optimize, and update technical ranges and documents, monitor parts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. As a key interface between the client, projects, and workshops, they support the development of parts in progress and lead actions aimed at reducing costs, strengthening productivity, and making industrial processes more reliable. **Mission description** ### On a daily basis and after a training period, your main missions will be **Determine and formalize product manufacturing procedures** - Analyze and create the various ranges and instruction files (manufacturing, assembly, mounting, welding, protection, marking, beading/conductivity) - Establish instruction files related to the manufacturing range - Establish self-inspection sheets with the programming and production department - Update the various technical data - Create bills of materials for any new product **Monitor and optimize the manufacturing process** - Integrate technical documents (drawings, bills of materials, additives) into our ERP for all new products and ensure their monitoring and evolution - Monitor and validate the manufacturing process of parts up to the final validated inspection - Propose improvement actions for manufacturing processes - Monitor and optimize the manufacturing process - Ensure the creation of items and bills of materials for any new product in the ERP - Monitor compliance with project budgets - Respect the industrialization process (DVI/DVR) and ensure milestones are met - Coordinate manufacturing-related activities in collaboration with the production manager - Plan and ensure internal and external reporting - Seek consensus and compromise with the various departments - Ensure the correct transmission of technical data between sites - Participate in the development of parts in progress ## **The profile we're looking for** **What we will like about you** is your mastery of CAD and Computer-Aided Production Management (CAPM) software. You know metrology, you have already worked with strict quality standards, and you have knowledge of surface treatment.
