## **The role**

**Reporting directly to the CTO of an industrial player, you will be their right-hand person in steering strategic projects within an environment of industrial projects and embedded systems. You will provide them with a clear, reliable, and up-to-date vision of priorities, risks, and trade-offs.**

**Your missions**

- Structure and maintain a consolidated vision of the project portfolio
- Consolidate schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Identify warning signs and propose corrective action plans
- Prepare steering and management committees with clear, decision-oriented reporting
- Facilitate coordination between technical teams, business lines, and external partners
- Harmonize project management practices and tools

**Your profile**

- At least 5 years of experience in PMO, project management, program coordination, or portfolio steering
- **Familiarity with industrial projects and embedded systems.**
- Mastery of project management methods (V-model, Agile, or hybrid) and reporting tools
- Ability to synthesize, rigor, and ease in interacting with senior management
