You will work on making Christmas logs, entremets, tarts, and other seasonal sweets. Your missions include preparing doughs, creams, and fillings, as well as assembling, decorating, and finishing the products. You will ensure strict compliance with hygiene rules and HACCP standards while maintaining your workspace. ### Your profile Holding a **CAP/BEP in Pastry**, you have significant experience in a laboratory. The ideal candidate must hold a **BEP/CAP or equivalent** and demonstrate perfect mastery of manufacturing techniques, cooking management, and product plating.
