## **The role**

The Actual agency is looking for a passionate Pastry Chef (M/F) to join a dynamic team in Pipriac. As part of this position, you will be in charge of making a varied range of traditional and creative pastries, including entremets, tarts, and local specialties. You will take special care in the assembly and decoration of your creations, while ensuring the display of the department, restocking, and neat presentation of products. Your role will also be to advise our customers with enthusiasm and manage special orders. Scrupulous compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) and traceability will be at the heart of your daily life. Practical information: HOURS: Monday: Off Tuesday: 6:00 AM 1:00 PM Wednesday: 6:00 AM 1:00 PM Thursday: 5:00 AM 1:00 PM Friday: 5:00 AM 1:00 PM Saturday: 5:00 AM 10:00 AM

## **The profile we're looking for**

To excel as a Pastry Chef (M/F), you demonstrate a true passion for the art of sweets and exemplary rigor in applying recipes. The ideal candidate has a CAP or BP Pastry Chef qualification and ideally justifies significant experience in a laboratory or shop. Your ability to work in a team, your sense of organization, as well as your strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) are essential assets to succeed within our structure. Finally, your creativity and attention to detail will allow you to enhance our creations and guarantee the constant satisfaction of our customers.
