## **The role**
You are looking for a long-term position only, so do not hesitate any longer and join our client's team located in Becherel. This company is truly family-oriented and offers a very pleasant working environment. Our client specializes in the production of hams and pork roasts. No experience is required; it is above all: your soft skills, your punctuality, and your desire to integrate for the long term that count.
**Your possible missions:** The company encourages the versatility of its colleagues and can train you in several departments depending on your capabilities. Here are some possible missions. Important: all positions involve lifting loads (8 kilos per piece of meat) and static positions. Up to 2000 pieces of meat are moved each day. You must therefore be comfortable with lifting loads. You can specify the positions that interest you during our discussion.
- packaging department: production line, packaging of ham pieces and roasts, pleasant pace, cleaning of meat pieces, labeling, data entry on computers (simple)
- truck reception department: unloading meat crates, sorting hams (a lot of manual handling)
- meat mixing department: loading meat carts, very simple machine settings, respecting specifications and recipes
- maturation tank loading department: loading hams 10kg per piece into the tanks, loading saline liquid to mature the meat, unloading, cleaning
- forklift driver: CACES 3 mandatory + 1b
- supply production agent: driving machinery to supply production lines CACES 1B, assistance on production lines
### Your working hours:
- 39h/week with recovery over the year (35h paid) from Monday to Friday (never work on weekends) hours: 7am-4pm except in shipping where hours can be earlier. Possibility to start at 6am during the summer season.
- 1 hour lunch break every day + regular breaks during the working day
### Your remuneration:
- hourly minimum wage, many internal developments are possible for people wishing to get involved
- precariousness bonus linked to temporary work + paid leave indemnity
- clothing bonus
## **The profile we're looking for**
**Discover your working environment:** a very pleasant team, we work on a production line and always in groups, large break room, fridge, green setting with outdoor picnic tables, temperatures above 10°C except in 2 departments (shipping and truck arrival - 8°C), practically no smell and no blood at the workstation, easy and comfortable paces to maintain throughout the working day, regular breaks
