## **The role**

Join the Actual teams as a **Deburring operator (M/F)** in **Besançon**.

As part of a temporary mission starting on **October 19, 2026**, you will join a demanding environment specializing in the aeronautics sector.

### Your missions

Your role will be to deburr precision mechanical parts using manual tools. You will ensure the production of seals, the removal of parts from sprues, and perform precise cuts with a scalpel. Quality is at the heart of your responsibilities: you will perform visual inspection using a binocular microscope, weighing of parts, compliance with manufacturing ranges, and complete traceability of your production.

### Your profile

We are looking for a meticulous, careful person with excellent manual dexterity. Your rigor and your ability to pay attention to detail will be your best assets to succeed in these high-precision tasks.

### Conditions and benefits

The position is based on a day-shift organization over 4.5 days (35 hours per week): from Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Friday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. The remuneration is set at an hourly rate of 12.31 euros gross, supplemented by a laundry allowance of 0.60 euros net per day worked. You will also benefit from restaurant vouchers after 3 months of seniority.

## **The profile we're looking for**

We are looking for a dynamic and rigorous **Deburring operator (M/F)** to join our teams. This position is accessible with an education level of **No diploma**, highlighting your interpersonal skills and your motivation to learn the trade.

Professional experience of **Less than 1 year** is sufficient to apply, as we place paramount importance on your ability to adapt within our production environment.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent **manual dexterity** as well as constant attention to detail to ensure the quality of the parts processed. Your **organizational skills** and your rigorous compliance with **safety instructions** will be your best assets to succeed in this mission.
