We are currently looking for a **Junior Product Manager for our Building Technical Office,** whose main tasks will be: - Analysis and budget preparation: Conduct economic feasibility studies through technical analysis and the preparation of estimated budgets by chapters during land acquisition phases. - Development and review of technical proposals: Formulate and evaluate technical solutions that meet cost objectives, construction feasibility, and sustainability criteria, both in the basic project phase and in the execution phase. - Technical and economic review of projects: Analyze the technical and economic documentation received from the final execution project, verifying its alignment with the initial estimate and established objectives. - Preparation and management of the bidding process: Hold preliminary meetings with potential construction companies to present the project and evaluate their interest and capacity before formalizing their invitation to the bidding process. - Launch and monitoring of tenders: Coordinate the launch of tenders to selected construction companies, monitoring the process until the receipt of offers and preparing a detailed comparative analysis of the technical and economic proposals received. - Updating internal tools: Design, update, and maintain the internal tools of the Product-Technical Office Department. - Monitoring and communication of sustainability vector results: Ensure the achievement of sustainability results for each project and communicate the environmental, social, and economic impact generated. - Management of subcontractors and suppliers: Establish agreements with subcontractors and maintain a hub of materials updated annually, renewing the portfolio of construction solutions and materials with optimized economic conditions. - Site control and management: Supervise the development of works, ensuring deadlines, quality, and costs. Control certifications, coordinate agents, and resolve unforeseen events to ensure the correct execution of the project. - Management of technical and economic risks: Identify and report to management any technical or cost risks that may compromise the success of the project, proposing corrective measures if necessary. - Compliance with internal procedures and regulations: Know and respect the area's procedures and risk management policies, as well as report any circumstance that may affect their compliance.
