## **The role**

We are looking for a **Restaurant Manager on a CDI contract**, based in **Toulon**, to support the teams in the dining room and kitchen on a daily basis, while ensuring service quality and compliance with brand standards.

Reporting to the restaurant director, you are a true operational and human relay in the field. This position is part of a demanding but formative context, where rigor, responsiveness, and team cohesion are essential.

**Hours without split shifts**

- Work 4 days per week, or 5 days with Sunday off.

You will join a team of approximately 10 to 20 employees, within a restaurant that operates at a sustained pace, typical of the sector. In constant interaction with customers, you will work in a dynamic setting, punctuated by flows and peak activity times.

The managerial culture is based on exemplarity, proximity, and skills development. Collaboration is central, with attention paid to the upskilling of teams.

### Your missions

- Lead and support a team on a daily basis to ensure a motivating and effective work atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal procedure standards.
- Supervise operations: stock management, cash register monitoring, schedule organization, incident resolution.
- Guarantee customer service quality and deploy continuous improvement actions.
- Actively participate in the overall smooth running of the restaurant alongside management.

## **The profile we're looking for**

Profile sought

- You have a **first confirmed experience (1 to 2 years minimum)** in team management in a dynamic environment (fast food, bakery, large retail, pizzeria...).
- You are comfortable with **operational management**, with a strong ability to supervise, train, and unite.
- You have a good understanding of the issues related to managing a point of sale (hygiene, safety, profitability, customer service...).

- You enjoy **field work** and know how to keep a cool head in action.
- You appreciate **working in a team**, in an environment with a **sustained pace**, while keeping a sense of priorities.
- You are organized, attentive, reactive, and proactive.
- You know how to motivate and help teams grow, even on the most intense days.
